By accessing and using Wordipo, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

Wordipo is a language learning application that helps users learn vocabulary through spaced repetition and smart flashcards. Our application offers the following features: • Vocabulary learning in 50+ languages • Smart spaced repetition algorithm • Progress tracking and statistics • Push notifications • Offline learning support • Social features and achievement system

To use Wordipo, you must: • Be 13 years of age or older • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • Not engage in illegal activities • Not have been previously banned from our service

Your responsibilities regarding your account: • Ensure the accuracy of your account information • Maintain the confidentiality of your password • Be responsible for all activities under your account • Report suspicious activities immediately • Create only one account per person You may not share your account with others.

Regarding content you upload to the application: • You warrant that the content is legal and appropriate • You agree not to infringe copyright • You grant Wordipo a license to use the content • You can delete your content at any time • You may not share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Use for illegal purposes • Harassing other users • Sending spam or unwanted content • Distributing viruses or malicious code • Reverse engineering the application • Using automated bots or scrapers • Creating fake accounts • Copyright infringement

Wordipo offers auto-renewing subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, and Annual) that unlock premium features including all language levels, unlimited lessons, and ad-free experience. • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at the confirmation of purchase. • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the chosen plan. • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. • Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance. • Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.

Advertisements are displayed in our application through Google AdMob: • Ads are part of your usage experience • We are not responsible for ad content • You can remove ads with a premium subscription • Your ad interactions may be tracked • Ad preferences can be managed through device settings

Wordipo's intellectual property rights: • The application, design, and content belong to Wordipo • The vocabulary database and algorithm are protected by copyright • Trademarks and logos are registered trademarks • Users are granted only a usage license • Copying, distributing, or modifying content is prohibited

Your privacy is important to us: • Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms • We use Firebase, AdMob, and Analytics services • Your data is processed in compliance with GDPR and applicable laws • We do not sell your personal data • We take necessary measures for data security

Account termination scenarios: • You can delete your account at any time • We may suspend your account for terms violations • We may block access due to legal requirements • Your data will be deleted upon termination • Premium subscription refunds are subject to store policies

Limitations regarding our service: • The application is provided 'as is' • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service • We do not guarantee learning outcomes • We are not responsible for technical issues • We are not responsible for third-party services

Legal limitations: • We are not liable for indirect damages • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid • We are not responsible for data loss • We are not responsible for business interruptions • These limitations apply to the extent legally permissible
